Their al pastol quesadilla is bomb!!
I usually add sour cream with or without it it is just so good and juicy.

I also like thier carne asada quesadilla, too.

Also, their tripa tacos are soooo good.
Especially, I love to eat it right after they make it. Even when I make to go, I eat it at the stand and make the rest to go.
It is like cooked gobchang. Almost similar to korean style? They don't over cook the intestines. You should give it a try if you are a fan of gobchang, intestines.

Also, their cabeza is pretty good. I am not a big fan of cabeza, but thier cabeza was pretty good.
    Soft, moist and fatty

I like to mix thier guacamole salsa and the red salsa because the red one has slightly sweet and pleasantly spicy taste in it. Mixing them together makes kind of  a creamy, spicy and a little sweety salsa. It goes really good with the food.
Their green salsa is really delicious, too.
Their orange colered salsa which is habanero one is really spicy. So, be careful..

I love thier picked jalapenos with onion and carrots so much!!

I wish they open up one at Pasadena..
After I moved to Pasadena, it is kind of hard to go there often like before..

Found this place via Yelp after a fun night out in Hollywood. After a few drinks, tacos always sound good. Since we were near downtown, was hoping to find a truck with tacos al carbon or al pastor on a spit. This truck didn't exactly have those authentically prepared, but were already here and so we tried a few. Have to admit, the food is pretty good. Tried the asada, al pastor, carnitas and buche. All were good and worth the $1.75 per taco. They were a good size and had plenty of meat. Their green and red salsas were also tasty and added a great kick to the food. I like that the salsas and other condiments like limes and radish are self serve. Makes it easy to get what you need and the quantity you need. Service was fast and pleasant as well.

Why only 4 stars then? I've had better tacos in LA. Asada tacos cooked over an open flame and al pastor fresh off a spit can't be beat when you can find them. Happy eating!

I was fueling up at the gas station and had a craving for carne asada burrito. Thankfully they were right across the street.

Ordered 2 tacos with the burrito and the total for everything was $10. The quality of the meat was fantastic and the salsas was muy delicious!

I'll definitely be back! Service was quick!

Damn!! Quesadilla was so good! This was hearty and delicious. You just can't go wrong. They had so many options. When hunger strikes, you got to get what your heart and stomach tell you. This was juicy and flavorful... Loaded with flavors and amount. I saved some of this and ate it for later. Loved this food truck! LA you do not disappoint.

I used to love this place, I came there whenever I could. I loved their veggie burritos and their habanero salsa was the absolute best!
But recently I've been noticing a decline in their ingredients. The salsa is no longer spicy and the burritos don't have that same flavor that it used it. I honestly wonder if it's because the area is becoming more and more gentrified that they're catering to people who can't handle the spices and seasonings that come with Mexican foods its really unfortunate because this used to be the spot for the best Mexican food around. They've also raised the prices which kinda annoys me because if you're gonna raise your prices then don't cut corners making your food. I'm gonna give it some time before I go back hopefully they'll be back in full force again.
